Eric is their front man. He presents himself as a honest person who is eager to help.
But.... after paying 1000. up front ( Half), I waited almost three Months for the Door to be " made". It was not any odd size .They finally came a crew of four, including i believe his brother . They began to remove the old door and case. I advised them repeatedly that the elevation of the floor in the foyer was higher by 11/16" because of hardwood flooring that had been installed years before. My Wife insisted that I leave it to them , and not bother them. So when all is said and done , they installed the door 11/16 " below elevation, leaving the cut ends of the hardwood flooring showing as the first thing you see when you open the door. Then when i tell the guy he missed the mark, he starts telling me about all the different ways that I can fix their mistake.It should be made perfectly clear that when a door crew brings a case of caulk to a door job, that they don't have a ruler, and or cant read one.
When i called to talk to Eric , he only answered his phone one time and was very cautious about speaking regarding the mistake, after the initial call he did not respond further, probably had his lawyers advice not to say or text any information that could be presented in Court. So , this is my first negative review of which there will be many, Never do any business with this Company, you will be sorry if you do.
