And after The Arizona registrar of contractors have inspected the job, two times, and have found no workmanship issues, & has since closed the case. I have been in the landscape industry for over 20 years, and have a flawless record with the ROC, & pride myself on each and every job that my company installs. I have also offered to redo the curbing, that simply has efflorescence on it, that is very common on cement in the winter months, however you have declined my request to enter your backyard and remove and replace the curbing. At this point I don't know what you would like me to do. Lastly, I don't see how the courts will see your complaint any differently than the Arizona registrar of contractors have.

Dishonest/disrespectful. On 3/27/13, Sun Control Landscapes installed and fertilized 2 Ash trees (among other things) at my home. Before leaving, they asked me to write a review, to which I agreed once the "new" wears off and everything is in order. But by late-May both Ash trees were nothing more than bare, brittle branches (despite the newly-installed drip system and additional watering), so I asked that the trees be replaced. I was told, "They just need a little fertilizer and some time." When I asked about the warranty period, I was told the trees would be fine...this is normal for Ash trees, not to worry. Each time I complained about the dead trees, they fertilized again ($50 a pop!), and assured me that the trees just need fertilizer and "a little more time." Now, over 3 years later, the branches remain bare and brittle. Despite my offer to pay a portion of the cost, Sun Control refuses to replace a dead tree, saying they are not responsible after the warranty period, despite the fact I specifically asked for replacement prior to the end of the warranty period. When I tried to work this out directly, I was told to go elsewhere for landscaping service. To date, I have reserved comments, but unfortunately, it is now time for me to comment...I would not recommend Sun Control Landscapes to anyone who wishes to be treated with honesty or respect.

Very dishonest and was promised a colorful tropical paradise and ended up with discolored curbing, wrong colored rocks and pavers placed upside down. Wes Parker doesn't deliver as promised. Taking them to court . Would never recommend them!!!
