Thomas did a great job repairing, cleaning, scraping, and painting our 12 condos in Sun City. he did all the work agreed on, his crew and family all worked hard to do the job right. He is a stickler for details, was on the job even stopped by in the evenings to inspect the work . We would highly recommend him.

Thomas, George & Hugh Stewart of Sun Flex Home Improvements, LLC were all polite and had their roofing crew install a new roof in a professional, efficient manor. Thomas, who did our estimate, indicated the job could be done in (1) one day. It actually took (3) days but the job looks great. I would recommend them to family and friends!

I have a tile roof and it had some minor trim warping from water and they repaired the entire roof. I'm not a contractor but I feel they did a good job.
