DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! This company is a "rip off company" I was charged $130 for a pool orientation. I was told my spa didn't work, my pool lights were out, I was told that my heater and pro pain tank needed to be removed. Upon removal my pool drained. I called to have this company come back and they did not return my call for over a week. By the time they had, I had another company come out, who flipped the breaker and turned on the pool lights and explained to me that the heater I disposed of was my pool heater, and the other belonged to my spa. I called to speak with the company and have them explain the discrepancies. They shouted over me and told me I was wrong. I still have not received a call from the company!

If I could give this company zero stars, I surely would. Unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest rating I could give. Anyway, consider yourself warned, do not do business with this company. Everything about them is unprofessional. The person who serviced my pool weekly constantly broke my pool sweep hoses. In fact, my parents watched him do it and when I confronted him, he lied right ro my face. Total, I had to replace 6 hoses in 2 months. Then I reported him to the owner (Charles), and he did nothing about it. Then the salt system that they lend you for being a customer went out and the technician (Jim) they sent out was completely unprofessional. I don't know anyone who thinks it is ok to yell and curse at customers but he did. Several times I was quoted one price by the owner and then another price by the repair technician. But the best part of it all was when the salt system stayed broken from over two months and when I finally said, I had enough, I am ending my service; the technician came on my property without notifying anyone and removed their equipment (salt systtem and pool sweep) and my equipment (pool sweep hoses) before the month was over, regardless of the fact that I was paid up to the end of the month. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! If they were anything like a professional company, they would have scheduled a day to remove their equipment so someone could have been present when they did it and they would have left my equipment instead of stealing my equipment! Way to go Sun King Pools you are truly awesome!
