DON’T HIRE HIM! I wish I could give him a 0 star. We have hired Liu for a major renovation and addition of our house in San Francisco. He did a really bad job. My materials being stolen, he claimed he never see my material that I brought, he actually stole with. He will also use different paint (paint from Lowe’s) and put it Kelly Moore container to make you thought they are using the ‘good’ paint. Now my rooms has different paint colors from wall to wall. When you point out the problem, he will claim there’s no problem. Besides that, my water pressure has problem, there’s also leaking problem. To be honest, it is such a nightmare to work with Liu. His license should be terminated!

I wished he would be suspended by CSLB for what he did to my house. He was contracted to legalize our in-law and to upgrade the kitchen. He used very low quality materials to replace the good ones in the our house, even for those that were supposed to be inspected for permit approval. This was discovered during the follow-up inspection by DBI and we were all shocked that Liu was being deceitful and tried to charge us more for his scam when we confronted him. I hope he would go to jail for what he did to scam people!!!
