I am giving this company a poor review due to a few issues, to begin with, My appointment got cancel twice, which I understand things happen. I asked to be reschedule for a Saturday and I was told they will to their best, that I would get a call by a certain day. The call never came, So I called and got schedule for a Thursday. That appointment got cancel as well and got schedule for a Friday. They showed up late, it seem though, they were in a hurry to collect the money leaving an incomplete job. I was told they would be back the next day in the morning to install a ceiling fan. When no one showed up I contacted the sales rep (Kimberly) . She said she will have to get back tome on Monday to reschedule. In the mean time they left what I have reason to believe are exposed and uncap live electrical wire where the fan is suppose to be installed. (They tied up the can lights and ceiling fan to the same switch, the lights work and the wires are showing up from where the fan is suppose to be) I have express my concern to Kimberly, I have told her it is unprofessional and unsafe. As of today, I am still waiting for the fan to be install . Kimberly was very professional and nice when she was trying to get the sale. After that I have not had good service at all. This is very unprofessional and exposed/uncap live electrical wires is a violation of electrical contracting code.

The team are awesome. Bobby was excellent at providing me with exactly what I wanted. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He listened to everything I wanted and was able to provide me with exactly what I needed. The crew did such a great job I was very very impressed!! Thank you to Miguel and his team for helping create my dream patio.

I highly recommend NOT working with this company. Reasons: lack of professionalism, inability to answer questions in a timely manner, inability to arrive to appointments on time, lack of providing sufficient information to the customer, being vague if the company offers a warranty.
The business owner does not answer calls. He'll respond to text message here and there, but be preparered to be ignored and not even acknowledged. He does not have any knowledge on what documents to submit to the city for permit. Expects the customer to figure it out on their own and do the leg work. Just overall rude and unprofessional.
I have been frustrated working with them on plans for my patio and am in the process of requesting my $1000 deposit back. They refuse to give it back just like many other customers they have done to in the past. Read the reviews from months past as they have a history of these antics.
