    Solar panels installation

Please look some other responsibile company to do the job don't waste your money and life with this company this is a time line of our communication, payment reimbursements and service calls.
11/06/2019: they paid September finance payment $111.60.(Because the solar Panels installed by sunibility they aren't producing electricity)
11/07/2019: 2nd check was mailed out for October's reimbursement for finance payment $111.60.(But the solar Panels still not producing electricity)
01/15/2020: Ordered Tigo's to replace former optimizers.(waist of time still not producing electricity)
01/27/2020: Paid service tech to go out and replace optimizers.(they still not working until today (11/02/2020)
03/17/2020: The service tech went out to set up and complete the monitoring. Per the tech, he also assessed customer's home and never said anything about shading issues.
04/15/2020: Service tech had to go back onsite to reinstall and update the monitoring site for the customer to view his production. (It never works)
06/08/2020: Service tech revisited customer's home to check on inverter production and the Tigo optimizers to show production per panel.(Which they still not working until today 11/02)
07/06/2020: Owner approved to pay 2 additional finance bills for a total of 4 payments made. Total: $223.20 (Because the solar panels never produce electricity)
07/22/2020: the Solar panels Still not producing electricity Due to shading issues(they said but I think they don't know how to make then work or they aren't good), the Service manager emailed us and offered to relocate panels to the South side roof and move the rest of the panels to the North roof to try and resolve the issue. The shading issues were caused due to the trees that when they did the study of the house to install the electrical panels the technician said nothing about it, the trees are on an adjacent lot not owned by us separated with a fence very noticeable. They said that we were aware of the shading at the time of sale but technician or sale representative never mentioned just to do the sale, and we were never informed were the solar panels will be located as an experts(Sunibility) know were to do their job.. Theye were always aware the we did not own the trees causing this issue because the land is separated with a fe
nce. Sunibility In addition to moving the panels(without covering or repairing the holes they made in the roof during installation more then a year ago), they said they offered to add additional panels to their system which they never mentioned and I still have the emails ,they mention a monetary reimbursement( They did offer $3,000 ). We can provide proof of all this correspondence that have been in communication in attempts to resolve our issues. Danielle and Don aren't doing anything to resolve the root of the problem or the bad service provided and aren't answering our emails anymore until today 12/09/2020 .

    Solar Panels and attic insulation
    $60,000

Do yourself a favor and go with another company. Sunbility hired a third party company to do their work and they did a horrible job. There is now a giant hole in my ceiling because of the insulation put into my attic. They didn’t even suck out the old insulation like they were supposed to. When I brought this to Sunbilitys attention they promised they would take care of it. That was six weeks ago now and still nothing. Danielle, the CEO, made promises that never happened then said I stopped responding because I didn’t answer one call! This company doesn’t care about their product or their customers. All they care about is the money. I am also having issues with the solar panels not producing enough electricity yet no one has come to look at them. There are many reputable companies that stand behind their products and care about their customers, but this is not one of them. Find someone else for your sanity and homes sake.

Response from Sunbility November 25, 2020
The water damage in your home was caused by an over sized AC unit, the work was done by an unlicensed AC contractor who did not pull a permit. We responded the next day after you called informing us of water issues in your attic after we determined it was not from our solar installation we had Southern Foam (a very reputable company that has been in business for over 20 years with great ratings) came out the next day to inspect their work also determined it was caused by the AC. To get a unbiased opinion we called Servpro a water mitigation specialist who also agreed that the damage was caused by the AC installation... after investigating this more the AC unit was manufactured in 2019 with no permit pulled in 2019 or 2020. This homeowner Christopher Millspaugh has made numerous allegations of no response from Sunbility but we have provided proof of phone logs, text messages and emails of our quick responsiveness to the Better Business Bureau clearly proving that Mr. Millspaugh is not being honest in any of his allegations. We took the issues at Mr. Millspaughs home very seriously and even offered to help removed the wet insulation but he refused and said he had given his friend a contractor 10k towards a 87k quote to fix the attic issue which was outrageously priced. It appears he is trying to put blame on any company that is insured to collect insurance money which is fraudulent.
