  Although our project was pretty simple, Josh and his entire team were amazing! It was really great to be kept informed regularly on the progress. Kimberly, in the office, was really helpful and friendly and informative. We are so thankful Suncoast Custom Pools agreed to do our project. We HIGHLY recommend Suncoast Custom Pools.

  New Pool Contruction

  Simply amazing, great experience and job completed as said on paper. Researched 4 different companies and suncoast was 2 out of 4 that tood the time to send me a detailed proposal, some of the bigger name on my first call to show my interest on them, they gave me a ball park estimate of my pool like if i was surching for medicine. Suncoast said that the project would be complited is 4 or 5 weeks and spot on they did the last inspection at 4 weeks and we were enjoying our new pool. Out of all of the they had the best price and what made it even better was the customer service that all the staff had, from digging the hole to the plumbers and to floor and pavers and the office when we needed to change something on the design, This company is a no brainer.

  After spending several months researching pool companies we decided on Suncoast Pools. Josh was very patient and accommodating during the entire process. He was Great to work with! Suncoast delivered everything they promised and more. It was an extreme pleasure working with all the different crews that were sent out to complete each different scope of work. They were all very efficient, pleasant and accommodating.
  The job was completed in the time frame that was told to us, which was 3-4 months. It was also a pleasure dealing with Kimberly during the process. She was very responsive to any email I sent and was on top of everything. I would recommend Suncoast Pools to anyone looking for a professional pool installation at a reasonable price. Your company is top notch.

  Build a pool

  When making a purchase, especially a large purchase, your experience is just as important as the final product. Not only is our new pool everything we were hoping for but the professionalism and responsiveness from Josh and his team at Suncoast was exactly what you would hope for when spending great sums of money. The team was responsive and embraced every change throughout the entire process. When an issue did arise, it was corrected with 100 percent satisfaction.

  Two years ago, when we were starting to inquire about installing a built in pool in the house we had just bought in Naples, Florida, on a golf course, we had heard of several horror stories about the pool installers in Florida. We were told, " good luck with that!" We checked the web site, and came across Suncoast Custom Pools, with Joshua McKenna as the man in charge. We read a high percentage of great reviews. We called and set up an appointment. We also found out at this time that our neighbors had just had a pool installed several months earlier, and they had it installed by Suncoast Custom Pools. So we asked them if we could come over and look at the work. Their pool and pavers were beautiful, and they told us they were very happy with Josh, and that the work was done in a timely fashion, just the way Josh stated to them. Upon our initial meeting with Josh, he explained to us the course of how the work would be done, who would be doing it, and how the payments would be. He advised us to meet with the paver company and tile company he provided, to pick out the styles of what we wanted. We showed Josh a picture of another friend's pool the we wanted to model as our's and asked him if he could duplicate it. Josh matched it perfectly. Our pool area, where we had white marble pavers put down, and the picture window screen lanai, which Josh advised because of our beautiful sunset view, is spectacular! Some of the pavers do have to be fixed of replaced because of ground settling, but we have been assured by Suncoast and Accurate Pavers that it will be corrected after our house renovation is complete. Anytime we've had minor issues to fix or replace something, Josh's assistant, Kimberly, has taken care of it as fast as she can. We are very satisfied with our experience with Suncoast Custom Pools, and would recommend them to anyone who wants a beautiful pool and backyard surrounding

  Inground Pool

  Let me start by saying, WE LOVE OUR POOL! Working with Josh McKenna and Kim, his assistant was a real pleasure, in fact it was fun. The day in his office, Josh explained in detail the timeline, the cost, the materials to be used, the permit procedure (from our HOA) and patiently answered all questions even though some were probably duplicates. He always kept us informed by Email as to what step we were up to and what was going to happen in the few days. We were very impressed by the professionalism and talent of the workers.   Pool and Spa with Lanai

  It is with great pleasure that we applaud Suncoast Pools in Naples, FL!!
  Josh McKenna and Kim, and all of the workers are the nicest, most professional people in the industry. They are honest, sincere, polite, trustworthy and hardworking.

  We met with Josh originally to extend our lanai and after awhile decided a pool might be what we really wanted. Josh designed the most amazing, unique, one-of-a kind pool and spa for us. Suncoast connected us with tile and paver companies and landscapers.

  Josh convinced us to let him do the construction while we were in New Jersey for the summer. We had complete faith in Josh and went ahead with his plan.

  Suncoast arranged for all permits and HOA approval. Josh completed the project in a small and efficient amount of time, working with a tight schedule and supervising all aspects of construction. All county pool inspections were positive and easily and quickly approved.

  Throughout construction, Josh kept in close contact with us, updating us weekly as to the progress of our project and sending pictures. He responded quickly to emails and phone calls.

  Josh and Kim helped us every step of the way. They were quick to address any concerns we had and arranged for a wonderful pool service, which we couldn’t be happier with.

  We arrived back at our home in Naples Reserve early September. When we came in the house and opened the sliders to our new pool and lanai, we were star-struck! We literally had tears in our eyes. Our backyard oasis is so special, so beautiful and exceeds our wildest expectations. Our pool and spa are like none we have ever seen!!

  We highly recommend Suncoast Pools to anyone looking for a quality pool with quality workmanship. We have nothing but good things to say about Josh and Kim, their subcontractors and all of their workers. They all treated our home with utmost respect and professionalism.

  New Pool Construction

  After researching several pool construction companies, I selected Suncoast Custom Pools. Right from the beginning, Josh helped me navigate the decision making process to create the perfect balance between my vision and my budget. He listened well, explained each step thoroughly and reassured me that he and Kim would handle all issues including the completion of my HOA documents and permit submission. Josh explained how they are schedule driven and that we would be swimming in our pool within a month, and we were!

  Swimming pool

  I have bad experience with suncoast pool. The bad experience is still going on. Very poor quality of work. Never on time. Once they received their money they don’t seem to care. Waiting two weeks to get them to repair a failed county electrical inspection. This is a total nightmare. I could go on for hours on how they have screw things up and they don’t seem to care. Most of the time they will not call back. I would not want them to build me or anyone else anything.

  After reviewing and receiving bids from several pool builders in the Naples area, we chose Suncoast Custom Pools. Their bid was competitive and they didn't put us off just because the house was still under construction. We worked with Josh and his design team and came up with our dream pool prior to settlement on the house. They were easy to work with, responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way. They stayed on schedule throughout the process from permitting to final inspections. Their subs are top notch and their landscaper is fabulous. I highly recommend Suncoast Custom Pools if you are looking for your custom pool.

  Pool Construction

  We had a great experience with Suncoast Custom Pools. We signed a contract for a new pool, Hayward equipment, paver deck and screen cage in a single contract that was competitively priced with a shorter time line than any other estimate. We were very happy with all of the contractors Suncoast used and feel very confident that we have Suncoast’s support if we ever have a problem due to their long-standing relationships with these top tier contractors. From the initial design to the final construction, the process was smooth with a shorter than anticipated timeline. Josh and Kim maintained a high level of communication and kept us informed of major milestones, which were all met. We’ve been enjoying our pool for several trouble-free months and are very happy with our decision to use Suncoast Custom Pools.

  Design, Construct, and build custom inground pool.

  I contracted with Suncoast Custom Pools after many consultations and designs by other pool companies in the Collier County area. Once I met with Josh and he designed my pool I was totally sold on the project and the time frame that requested of 60 days, I was swimming in the elegant pool that he designed and constructed. The craftsmanship and quality was superb. Josh throughout the entire build was in contact with me as to if I had any concerns and provided a detailed weekly work schedule. Total Professional company that I would strongly recommend to complete your project at the greatest prices around. I wish Josh and Suncoast Custom Pools the greatest of future success.

  Pool

  Suncoast custom pools was great. They are quick to build, and they do it right. We researched and met with about a dozen other companies. Josh at Suncoast stood out for a couple reasons. He was approachable and didn't try to win us over with the typical sales pitch. They offered a good product at reasonable prices all in an unbeatable time frame.

  We made several changes and additions before production started, and Josh was very open and willing to make the changes. The project took about 6 weeks to finish, but it was just after hurricane Irma hit, and we had to wait for a block wall to cure and the cage to be made. We feel fortunate though. We know people that had to wait months after Irma for cages to be built or repaired from other companies. Josh was on our side the whole way and even fought for the cage company to correct a wrong they made.

  His office staff returned calls and emails. Sometimes not as fast as we would have hoped , but everything worked out fine. As a customer that has never been through this my wife and I were anxious and eager to get it done. Kim and Josh helped us through the process and came through with a great pool, deck, wall, and cage.

  Pool/spa build

  When considering a pool/spa builder, a wise choice would be Suncoast Custom Pools. We have experienced a professional builder who responds to our questions or concerns in a timely and efficient manner. From the first meeting with VP Josh, communicating with Kim, his assistant, we have been treated with concern that our expectations are met (and beyond). The most impressive part of the process was how closely they were able to stick to the construction schedule. I guess that comes from having a good business relationship with sub-contractors which works as a positive for the customer. Their reputation is built on satisfied customers, some of whom reside in our community and recommended Suncoast. We too suggest them as the right choice when contemplating a pool/spa project.

  I have known Josh McKenna and Suncoast Custom Pools for 10 years. Suncoast was brought to my attention after several of my customers used them and raved about their experiences. When I needed to build a pool on my new home Josh was the only pool builder that I considered. Time after time I have watched Suncoast build their pools as quoted and in a timely manner. So when I needed to build a pool on my new home I called Josh and was very happy with the results. His price was fair, his workmanship superior and his customer service is honorable... If you want to work with a pool builder that has integrity, is respectful, produces quality at a fair price then consider Suncoast. Josh will not promise you the moon to get your business but he will tell you the facts and keep his word! I don’t write many reviews for companies but I am in the building industry and have seen Suncoast do many pools in many communities with awesome results and happy pool owners... me included!!

  Very bad experience. Quality of workmanship fair, customer service was not good during the construction phase and call back after completed, fair.
  The real problem now is our deck pavers have been shifting and sinking since after construction. SC has had their contracer out to fill The holes, but the problem keeps coming back. Now that the pool is no longer under warranty, SC refuses to fix a problem that has been an issue since post construction. The repeated problem isn’t going away, so one would believe that there is more to the problem than SC understands.
  My suggestion is to think twice about using this company. You need to find a company that has integrity, quality workmanship and stands by their work. We didn’t find any of these qualities with Suncoast.

  Build a pool

  Our experience with Suncoast has been poor. We have been dealing with a paver issue since installation. The pavers keep shifting and sinking causing a hazard. Suncoast did come out several times to fix the problem, but the problem keeps coming back. This leads up to believe the problem goes deeper than just filling in the collapsed area.
  Just recently we started to notice more of the pavers collapsing again. We contacted Josh and he immediately declined to figure out why we were once again having the problem. Please understand that if this problem started after the warranty we wouldn’t be asking Josh to help. However, this problem has been ongoing since the pool was installed.
  We are very good customers. Paid in full and on time, referred Suncoast to 3 neighbors, of which one purchased a pool from SC and we didn’t even get a thank you.
  We are currently renting the home to a family with 3 kids. They won’t allow their kids to use the pool due to The hazardous conditions.
  My suggestion is to do your homework and look for a contractor who will stand behind their products, as well exceptional customer service. You don’t get either from Suncoast.
