    Having Sunday Builder to remodel my new home is the best decision I ever made.
    It all started with hardwood floor refinishing and replacing kitchen floor from vinyl to tiles.
    The tasks expanded after seeing how Sunday’s teams passionate about the project. Sunday is accommodated and able to pick up the additional work immediately. He stopped by to the work site to make sure things got done correctly and would fix anything minor voluntarily.
    The project moved quickly to a fully remodeled bathroom and major kitchen remodeled. I like the way that I can communicate with the construction teams clearly with video. We were at the bathroom and I pointed out what I like to be done; what the design would look like. All designs approval are done with me and the crews through the on-site video recording so that we can documented the process and being able to track down the progress. We did not use a blueprint, sketches nor mood board.
    I chose the most challenging kitchen floor tiles; the diagonal B&W patterns which requires details workmanship. For kitchen backsplash, I chose the 3D design; and this need an OCD precise attentive eyes. Seeing how the bathroom and kitchen have transformed are out of imagination. Sunday Builder strength show when it easily followed the instructions I had envisioned. It was done verbally with videotaping the ideas. As simple as that. We did it the conventional way and it worked.
    I really appreciate Sunday’s kind gestures and efficiency in handling the sudden changes and additional works. The project was done in 2 months for: fully bathroom remodeled, major kitchen remodeled, electrical work and lighting fixtures, flooring, carpentry work, entrance and backyard makeover.
    Being a lady homeowner can be very daunting. Sunday was transparent throughout the process. He and his teams picked up every little piece and get the job done. It was a stress free process. He put his best workers to remodel my house. I feel that I was never been left by myself to figure things out. Everybody was there to support and make this project success. It was fun; we had a lot of good time together. I am very pleased with the collaborative work. Sunday Builder made my dream come true. I would keep him around for the next projects to come.
