In my opinion, DON'T RISK YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! I suggest that you look at other providers for your solar energy needs. My contract with SUNDROP SOLAR was signed April 2016 with project to be completed in 120 days. It is now May 2017 and my installation is still not finished. Jennifer Connolly, my Project Manager, can only tell me that she doesn't know why the home office does not provide the parts needed to finish the job. And the home office doesn't provide any information to customer inquiries.

Sundrop did not inform us that the roof needed replacement. The estimate was over $7,000 and they refused to let me cancel the order. I ended up paying the bank $9,000 to cancel the loan and Sundrop did not repay the bank $18,000
We had a very negative experience with Sundrop Solar. After they did the engineering design there was a major rain storm which resulted in a roof leak. The roofing company said the flat room needed to be replaced down to the plywood due to its age and said solar should not be installed on the current roof. The estimate was over $7,000. We couldn't afford both projects so I tried to cancel the solar project. Sundrop became totally uncommunicative and we ended up having to pay the bank $9,000 to cancel the loan. Sundrop has also refused to return $18,000 to the bank.
