This is my second Sunkiss pool. I bought a home with a fairly new pool in already and after looking at a lot of homes with pools, this pool really stood out from the rest. I then sold that house and built a new home with a pool and spa. It was a great experience from start to finish. Competitive bid, great communication, great design input. I use Sunkiss for my pool service also and Bryan has returned my calls even in the evening with any questions, etc. VERY reputable company - I would highly recommend!

We had to replace our diving board and the base it sat on. Bryan gave us a quote with both the replacement of only the base and replacement of the base and the diving board. Bryan was always available and returned calls quickly. His guys did a great job. The new diving board and base look great! Thanks Bryan for taking the time to complete a "small job" for us!

I received several bids from small reputable pool builders and chose Sunkiss pools as my preferred pool builder to do the work. We chose Sunkiss for a few reasons
1. Bid was competitive.
2. I was actually able to reach Bryan fairly easily, via phone call, e-mail or text.
3. Attention to detail on my pool plans and the pool bid was broken down for each step as my pool was a custom build.
4. Bryan delivered everything as promised and on the date he said it would be ready, I.E, bid, changes to pool design, etc.
All other pool builders failed to deliver in one way or another on all these points.
I am familiar with the construction of building a new pool and I am capable of building my own pool if I chose to do so however my lender would not allow it. With that being said I have pretty good idea on how a pool is supposed to be built.
Sunkiss provided a quality product since day 1, from dig to the start up of the pool. Such as, reinforced rebar was already included in the bid, 6 on 12 vs. the standard 12 on 12 for the walls. The travertine decking looks beautiful and was installed with adequate AB and sand to set the pavers in place. Overall a high quality pool built all around.Customer service was top notch, Several times I would text or e-mail Bryan late at night expecting a reply in morning and to my surprise he would reply that same night and usually it was never an urgent matter.

We are so please at the process of building a pool with Sunkiss Pools, LLC. The time frame was about 12 weeks from signing of contract to completion. The design process was my favorite part! He met every date and was always communicating. He addressed any of concerns with prompt professionalism. The finished pool is beyond my expectations and dreams! We cannot wait to use it this spring since we got it heated to enjoy a longer swimming season!
