Our dig day was August if 2020, over two years ago. Krista and Sunkiss'd Pools have not been to our since 2021, over 10 months ago, they have abandoned our projected when we have already paid all but $2000. We paid in full back in October 2020. They left a huge hole in our yard (8ftx8ftx8ft) that our pet fell into. They never installed the outdoor kitchen so now it's a huge hole that floods, no firepits, coping is breaking off in chunks and there are several cracks around the pool forming that I fear are contributing to a leak. We have an attorney and have sent several demand letters and will now be forced to pay court costs just to try and get her to finish work but still don't have a guarantee of that. Please Google this business before hiring them and you will see experiences from other homeowners.
