Wow!! We were very pleased and impressed with Paul and crew in the following areas: knowledge, customer service, clean up, quality of work, and professionalism. We would recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof replacement.

When I was driving home about a month ago I saw a roofing company doing a roof about two blocks from my house. I stopped and talked with one of the workers. I asked him for the information on the company. He gave me the information I needed. It was the Sunland Development Corporation, roofing division. I called and spoke to PaulHalmrast and asked him to come and give me an estimate. When he came he went up on my roof and came down several minutes later. He asked me if I had any leaks and I told him no. He said I could probably go another two years. I told him the house was 21 years old and I probably needed to do it now. I told him I would get some more estimates and would get back with him. I have representitives from nine other companies and Paul's estimate was by far the best and was using the best materials available. Before I call Paul I check with my neighbor and she said she had no complaints and was very happy with the work. I called Paul and we set up for a date to have the work done. They were there promptly and cleaned up every day before they left. He said it would be about four days to finish. On the second day they worked past their normal quitting time. When they came back on the third day, they went right to work. They finished up and said the roof was complete. Paul came and checked the work. He was satisfied and we we completely satisfied with the work. Well done Paul. I will definitely recommend his company to all my friends

is an exceptional company. Paul came out to give us an estimate and was very knowledgeable in the roofing and construction trades. SDC was not the cheapest but well worth every penny more. His estimate was not far off from the others but he provided more details and better quality materials than all the rest. Paul is a general contractor and could fix extra items on my roof that a regular roofing licence is not qualified to do. The crew was respectful, punctual and the quality of work was outstanding. I highly recommend this company, I enjoyed doing buisness with.

I chose Sunland Development Corporation Roofing Division to do a sectional repair on my roof before the rain came. SDC also replaced some vents. SDC was in the middle (bid wise) out of 4 estimates. Due to loss of job and health issues I decided to sell my home. Sunland Development Corporation Roofing Division made the process stress free during a difficult time. The house had a contract within 2 weeks during the holidays but needed to get a roof replacement done before final signng. Even though I will not get to enjoy the new roof I appreciate everything Paul and crew did to make the sale of the house happen.

I had hail damage in November that broke my skylight and bombarded my shingles. Sunland was recommended and Paul himself came out to tack a temporary tarp over it the very next day. My insurance came thru and Paul made sure to be there when the adjuster came. I had my new roof in 1 week !
I chose the black walnut color and it's stunning. His crew came out at sunrise and got right to it. By around 3 p.m. they were done and had cleaned up everything. I'm very impressed on how quickly and thoroughly they fixed all the issues. There were even a couple fixes that Paul, the owner took care of even though it wasn't in the contract. He's a man you can trust and do right by you. So glad to recommend Sunland and Paul to all my friends and family (and you who are reading this...) Thanks

Paul and his crew at Sunland Roofing was fabulous. I completely impressed with their work ethics and knowledge. Paul was extremely patient with me and made me feel very comfortable. Sunland did everything promised and they did not try to get me for additional money afterwards. The contract amount is the amount I paid. I was extremely impressed with how meticulous they left my yard. Not a single nail or debris, I actually tried to find one because the last time I had my roof done I had nails everywhere. Paul worked with my insurance company and I will refer him to anyone who needs a roof. The office gal was very kind also.

I have gotten a few quotes for my roof to be replaced. I went with SDC because Paul the owner, was willing to spend some time educating me on what needed to be done and why the roof needed the work actually went to the roof.
