When the electricity wouldn't come on for part of the house, Ria Bertrand came by during the atmospheric river and climbed thru our flooded space to solve the problem super fast.
Before coming, when I was talking about trying to replace a fuse (which wasn't actually what was needed), they offered to teach me to do it instead if I wanted - if that had actually been the problem I would definitely have taken them up on it, because I bet they'd make a great teacher (super knowledgeable, super chill, great listener).
The cost was below average but the service was way above average. Highly recommend.
