    Replace a damaged water heater
    $650

    My water heater was not keeping water warm and Zack came with his partner whose name I did not get, but Zack was absolutely wonderful and went down to the plumbing store, picked up the heater and installed the water heater took away the other one. He was very professional, gave me a very good price and then I had him come back because he was so good and install two outside lights on my house and put in a new sink faucet. I even asked him if he would work off the clock for me and he demurred and said he was just too busy with all the work that he has to do! This company is one of the last few honest ethical professional contractors left.

    Kevin did several small jobs here. On one he forgot to bury the electric wire and I ran over it with my riding lawnmower,bit of a surprise. Then he was supposed to install new skylights..ordered them and never showed up. Would not return my phone calls. Did the same with two friends..never returned their phone calls for promised work. Finally one woman called his mother to light a fire under his butt. He over books and gets involved in remodels for rich doctors..no time for little people.

    He did some plumbing work for me last year which I have now had to have another plumber come in and repair his mess. Poor work, poor communication and no attention to detail. These 5 star ratings had to be written by him as I can't believe anyone thinks he does quality work. I'm very disappointed.

    Kevin was fantastic to work with. Very nice guy, honest, & very dependable. I had several repairs & remodeling projects that needed to be done on a older home I bought. He knew exactly what he needed to do & did it in a timely manner & did it right the first time. Very professional & polite. And his prices were very reasonable. You will not be disappointed! I highly recommend him and zachary for all your plumbing needs!
