I hired Brian, who I believe(d) was the owner of Sunnyvale Paint Pros, last summer to paint a deck, foundation and an apartment at some rentals in Newport, RI that I own. Brian was quick, reliable and efficient, however when I began to question him about his paint process and materials, he pushed me back. Note - I've painted professionally in the past and have been maintaining rentals for a dozen years so I know a thing or two about painting.
Reason for the one star rating? After 7 months, my deck was already peeling significantly. After 2.5 months of trying to contact Brian to see what he would do about the problem, I still have yet to get a return email/phone call. Terrible customer service in my opinion, I would not use Sunnyvale ever again.
