Sunrise Builders replaced a new patio door and customized that frame and the frame inside and outside for porch door, installed flashing for the windows, replaced inside frame area of windows, replaced some of the siding, performed other repairs on the porch, and replaced a basement window. I didn't know a basement window on an older home could be so attractive.. I will probably replace all of them. I was promptly provided an estimate, along with an explanation as to the porch repairs. He called ahead to give me notice as to when they were coming, and the time of day. They cleaned up everything when the work was completed. He was pleasant to work with, very responsive to questions, and industrious. All of the work looks professional and I am very pleased. I highly recommend Jeffrey and Sunrise Builders.
