I had a leak in my house which was caused by aged flash molding between my townhouse and my neighbors. I contacted my home warranty coverage and they sent out Jason Tart, owner of Sunrise Custom Homes. As part of the deal with the HW I paid an upfront cost of $100 cash to Jason and then the warranty would cover the rest. He looked at it and said no problem, they will be out next week to fix it. I sit and wait on the day they are supposed to arrive, but no one shows up. Nor does anyone answer my call trying to find out what is going on. A week later they call and say they were hung up on another job and will be out this week - so again I sit and wait, but no one shows up. I call his office and leave a voicemail. no answer. Two weeks later, I call again - no answer. Finally about a month later I get a hold of him - his response was a shocked but laughing "I can't believe you're still waiting on me" followed by a quick "do me a favor and call me back in two minutes, I need to move to my office line" followed by a hang up before I could say a word. I call him back in two minutes.... no answer, then five minutes... no answer. I call again the next day... no answer. I finally gave up and hired someone else to do it - but not after having wasted $100 and two vacation days on Mr. Tarts company. They're unprofessional and disrespectful as hell. Don't use them.
