ZERO STARS. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT SERVICE PROVIDER. Their service person Nathan came to our home and broke our dishwasher handle (perhaps intentionally) when quoting a repair for the entire unit. He acknowledged breaking it while he was in my house and told me that they would take care of that. However when he went back to his office, he denied breaking it.
After telling me by phone that they would make us whole for the part broken by their representative, now Sunrise will not fix the part damaged by the repair person. Customer service is extremely rude and hung up on me, as well.
You are warned. Do not use this or any other business owned by Scott Quinn of Red Oak, TX.

They lied to the home warranty company and stated that the roof of my house had fallen in and crush the condensation line on my AC unit. The condensation line is in my attic and had started a leak causing the drywall on my ceiling collapse. They tried to come up with a story so that they would not have to repair it. The first AC tech had come out and stated that it was an easy repair and he would tell me how to fix it and told my old lady to tell me to call him. He told the warranty company that there was no mechanical failure and referred it to a plumber. The plumber came out and referred it to an AC company. The next AC tech to come and give a second opinion was the same damn guy from the first one. Turns out thier company got bought out and they had to send out a tech for the second opinion. The same tech....this time he said the he would have to replace the whole line and the condensation pump and the warranty company would not approve it all without having ever even gone back up in to the attic. That it was going to be 450 dollars minimum. Then I was told that it was crushed because someone stepped on it. By the time it made it to the home shield my roof had caved it and crushed the condensation line causing the leak. These people are idiots and send out scumbags that had I been old and unable to look for myself the lazy tech would have gotten over on me. The people at the offices work and ad lib ways to lie about how they can get out of work. They will get bought out again soon.
