Awful experience. He charms you in the beginning after taking most of the payments then he disappears. He will extort more money out of you over and above contract price, if you want him to finish the job. If you refuse to pay him more he walks away without finishing the job and will leave you high and dry. Took two and a half years sucking every penny out of us and then abandoned the project. This is how he rolls. He has been fined twice by DPOR in 2017 & 2021. Run from him, he is slick, ruthless and dishonest.
