Itinially I was very pleased with simply blinds. But after a few years I had one of the blinds break the string. I called to see about repair and was told it was possible. They came and took my bling for repair and still 7 weeks later I have never heard back from them or seen my blind.
I don't think that I have ever had someone take something for repair and never return a call. I had left any messages and now have come to the conclusion that I will have to find another vendor to replace that blind and the one that sits next to it as is a corner window.
What a bad business decision when all they had to do was return my calls.
I WILL NOT recoomend them at this point.
