  Fantastic Experience - Highly Recommended!

  I heard about Sunrise Tree Trimming Service LLC from my neighbor and couldn’t be happier! I messaged them on August 30th, and they came out the same day to assess my trees, offering a great price for trimming four of them. They were able to come back that following Monday and arrived with all the necessary equipment, working efficiently and professionally.

  I was thrilled with how they answered my questions and even cut wood for my fire pit at no extra charge. They used the mulch from the trimming to tidy up an area on the side of my house and even made a nice border with some bricks they found.

  While they were still working, my friend asked for an estimate, hired them on the spot, and her neighbor did the same after seeing the quality of their work. That’s three happy families, including mine!

  This is the first company I’ve hired where everything went smoothly from start to finish—no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend Sunrise Tree Trimming Service LLC and will definitely use them again!

  trim a tree

  Although the work that was done was good, they did not finish what was agreed upon. Also, they asked to use my backyard to access my neighbor’s yard to do work, which I happily agreed to. In the process they tore down my Spectrum cable and I was without internet for over 24 hours. Since I work from home, I had to use personal leave. They did not offer any discount on the price for the incontinence. I understand that things happen, so I didn't push it. Then they took down part of my fence to reach the neighbor’s yard and they never put it back together. I have called several times asking then to put it back together and was assured they would be there to do so and to complete the work they agreed to. This was in July and my tree is still not fully trimmed and the fence is still not put back together. All that to say that the work itself was good, but in my experience with them the customer service was not so great. In a time when customer service seems non-existent I was hoping they would prove me wrong and step-up and complete the job and fix the issues they created. Hopefully everyone else has had a much better experience.

  cutting down pine trees

  Juan and his crew did an amazing job cutting down the pine trees on the side of my house. After they were finish they stacked the logs nicely and cleaned up the mess leaving my backyard spotless! I highly recommend this company. Thank you guys for an amazing job!
