    I hired Sunrooms Northwest in December 2020 to build a sunroom into my backyard. Construction started after the permit was received and everything went well until near the end when I inadvertently paid in full when the work actually wasn't done. At that point they ghosted me. There is a door that exits the sunroom that has never worked right. They tried three or four times to make it work and finally told me that they would order a new door, that was September 2021. They have not contacted me since. Multiple efforts with email and phone calls have gone unanswered. I was also very dissatisfied with their billing practices. I never got an itemized estimate and we changed the project a few times and they never gave me updated estimate as to what I actually owed or if they owed me money back since the project was downsized. The actual sunroom is adequate despite the fact that one door doesn't work well. I would never recommend hiring them however due to poor business practices.

    I have had a few leaks in my sunroom that has not been fixed since we had it built. It is rediculace. I am hoping to get this resolved but it hasn't been for over a year

    Replace patio cover

    These people were terrific. We have a 1950s house with an unusual covered patio, atop a ridge. Two previous attempts to replace the aging patio cover (translucent acrylic) were very unsatisfactory, breaking down from wind damage after a few years. Rob Johnston and Alex Dively came up with a superior design involving double-layered plastic and composite caps that was stiffer and more solidly secured, but still translucent. They were extremely prompt, showing up the next week and completing all of the work within days. They always called before coming, always let us know when they were leaving for lunch, and always checked with us at the end of the day before leaving. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
