I contracted with Sunrun in April 2021 to add existing solar panels and a battery to my home. The first trip out, they refused to install it because their inspector had selected a place that wouldn't work. I OKed moving it to another location, too bad, they left. When they returned a second time, they installed panels and a different battery than was promised. They were unable to get it connected to my electrical system and promised to call back in a day or so. It is now the end of September and I can't get anybody there to talk to me other than to say somebody will call in a day or so.
