Suns Roofing layed roofing tiles over areas of dryrot. I spoke with owner & told him I wanted any & all areas of rotted wood replaced & would pay extra fee. Missing flashing in a couple spots. After contacting the owner (Joe) he refused to return to fix these issues unless I was willing to pay for time & materials
