Working with Sunsation was very mixed and I highly recommend that you avoid this company. Our project was scheduled for august 2021. When work had begun, Lawrence told me they were coming to spray the marcite on a given day. I asked about the dolphin stair markers and mosaic that we ordered, and he directed me to Josephine. When I asked her about it, she said they were not out on order and that she was waiting for me to give her the go ahead, which I’m pretty sure I had. In any case, they’re the “pros” and if she needed something from me she should have told me, but they are disorganized. 6 week delay with no pool in the heat of the summer! A year and a half later, we still have waterline tiles that are cracking, due to shoddy sub-contracting work (they don’t do much of the the work themselves), and now they refuse to fix them stating that my “warrantee is expired.” They out the tile on, so what am I supposed to do now. Further, what do I do if additional tiles crack? Avoid this company. They do not stand behind their work.
