    Build a Trex deck
    $46,000

    I hired Sunset Built to build a deck for me. First of all, after discussing that they will be putting a team on the job, they only had one builder on the job which turned a two week job into an eight week job. Then, during the process I tried talking with the manager, Joe that was stairwell was completely uneven and not level (which is a big safety issue) and the lattice that was installed was caving in after just one week. They said they would fix the issue and after a year and a half of going back and forth to get them to resolve the issue, they won't do anything. The job was VERY unprofessional, there was no follow through, promises were broken and the job was shotty as best and very unprofessional.
