Built my dock through contractor that built my house5 years ago. After Matthew was a total failure. In tear down, found pilings no where close to the 10 feet in the ground required by the building permit. Some only 18 inches. There response was there was too much rip rap to put the pilings in correctly. Frightening to watch the tear down and four of the eight major pilings, holding up the roof, just fall over. Glad I have other dock contractor to use.
