I had a new pool liner installed and then hired Sunset pools to service my pool. I had a brand new salt water system installed at the same time. Within the last couple years of service I have contacted the owner because the chemicals used in my pool started fading my liner. I alerted him that they were not using salt but dumping chlorine in my salt water pool. People would swim inn my pool and their hair would turn green and their bathing suits/towels would dye out. When I told Steve this he informed me that the company couldn't find salt. I bought salt and had them use that assuming that they would continue when they could find salt. They did not! My liner is completely white and he told me verbally and by text that he took responsibility for this and would replace my liner. Now he will not text me back. I assume he is not going to follow through on his word (or his text). I am very dissapointed (after I was very excited) by the lack of care or contact.
