Sunshine Construction proved to be a very rewarding experience. The workers did a roofing project that was efficient and and done properly. There was a clean up after each day's work and the crew was diligent and pleasant. Very Nice work ethic.

We successfully completed three projects together, each of which is a masterpiece, leaving people astounded by the remarkable work achieved within a remarkably short timeframe from demolition to a group up rebuild. I worked with Sam to demo my attached garage and build a bigger and better one. There was a lot to do and Sam helped me figure all of it out. From the size and construction, materials, city permits, finding additional contractors, upgrades to things like the garage door, new roofing on the house, painting my house brick; we got a lot done and I couldn’t have done it without him. The garage was demoed and rebuilt with framing and siding and roof in 4 weeks! Now the garage is finished and I couldn’t be happier. I feel like all construction has delays and bumps in the road but Sam was a big help in moving things along and making sure the jobs got done, even when he just put me in contact with another contractor. I am very pleased and grateful for the great job sunshine construction company did. They beat all other quotes that I was given. I had a roof installed. My home is 3,084 square foot. The crew arrived at 8:00am they did a tear off and reroofed the house. The crew of about six workers worked throughout the day and replaced about 20 unexpected boards. They worked non stop and finished the job at noon the next day. They cleaned up and I didn’t see a single shingle left to clean up. I would like to thank the crew for a job well done since I was not home when they completed the job. I would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely amazing with great communication. We practically tore our house down to the ground in Dearborn Heights and rebuilt it back up in a little over a month I did not think it would be done that fast. I’ve heard horror stories about reconstruction and Sam has been the complete opposite. Highly recommended.

These people are a ripoff. Do NOT USE this company and the owner is fraud. The owner Sam Sagir; I hired him for a framing job and he completed the job but windows were not framed the right size. He promised to install the windows and the door as part of the job but after he knew it was not framed the right size he answered me couple times promising me to take care of his fault but was always busy to come and fix it. he kept pushing me for weeks and then he never answered my calls again. Unfortunately i was stupid enough that I didn't have a contract signed. Stay Away

Contacted them for 2 jobs... aluminum siding and a bathroom renovation. Called them 4 times and received a promise to look at job but also I was contacted later in the evening which I thought was a bit over the edge. Never had anyone to come out to give a bid for the work or even told they were too busy st the time. Bad communication to even none st all I would not recommend..

Sunshine Siding & Construction LLC, 1861 N Lafayette St, Dearborn, MI. They're the Worst company you will hire to work for you. The replaced my roof in Last year JUNE and now its leaking and I have been trying to reach them they never answer to your phone. One time someone answered I told him about my roof situation, he said we will send you someone to check between 3 to 5PM and nobody showed up. Until today they're answering my phone call.
