Home owners beware! If one of his employees falls off a ladder, or gets injured, you are liable if they get hurt and they can and probably will SUE YOU!!! His company name is insured, but not the people that work for him. This painter doesn’t pay employees payroll, therefore he doesn’t pay proper employment taxes to the IRS, so his employees have no proof of working for him and no proof of workers compensation taxes. I overheard a conversation with one of his workers about how he doesn’t want to pay them on payroll and looked up laws about falls. Be careful! I almost hired this company this past winter ? after they did my neighbors home and am glad I heard the argument/conversation and my curiosity got me lookin into any kind of work being done on your home. Always make sure these people are basically paying proper employment taxes to the IRS. I guess it’s a big problem in the home remodeling/construction world, but I will always keep this in mind for future projects. Hope this saves someone from a potential nightmare!

Sunshine Design Painting does excellent work. We have been able to use them multiple times and have always received high quality work, completed on time or ahead of schedule. The owner, Brian, has always been personable and easy to work with. Their prices are excellent as well. We would highly recommend them to anyone!
