Sunshine State AC came highly recommended to me from a home inspection company. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience, service and quality of work. After getting jerked around by other companies they came in and immediately identified the issue, showed me exactly what was wrong and did the proper install of items that should have been in place when the home was built. The house now cools perfectly without overworking my unit. Thanks!

As a property manager, it's very important to have a team of professional people highly committed to their work who you can always count on to answer their phones and provide a great value for their services. I'm happy to say, Bobby at Sunshine State Heating and Air meets and exceeds all my expectations. One instance sticks in my mind on one of the first jobs I sent him. It was an early summer morning on a Sunday and one of my tenants called me freaking out because her A/C wouldn't cool. She just had a new born baby and it was already in the 90s outside. Bobby answered the call and took care of it all within 45 minutes! Did I mention it was early on a Sunday morning? Unbelievable service. You won't be disappointed.
