    I wouldn't even give this company one star. My experience was absolutely horrible! I had to fire them. First of all they were over two hours late even showing up for a simple sheetrock job. They didn't work, but sat in their truck half the day. It really set me back. I would never recommend using them, and when I tried to talk with their boss, he was very unprofessional and wouldn't even give me the name of the owner of the company. The young punk Hugo gave me such an attitude and he didn't know who he was dealing with, because I've built four homes! I'm just getting older at 64 and can't do that type of work anymore, but these people are not at all professionals and even brought out used sheetrock for the job.

    Save yourself a nightmare. These folks are so unprofessional. They sent out handymen! This is not a legitimate company at all. I agree with the other review, they offer their service because I had to use Serve Pro per my home owners insurance.

    I had to fire them and get the company I normally use for everything! If you want a really top notch construction company go with Jason Harker's Construction. Jason and Bob are professionals and know what they're doing. I totally trust the Harker Brothers! I will never use Sunstar again. Serve Pro would do well to not use them anymore either.

    Neighbors had a fire and my house needed repair.
    $9,000

    Sunstar is the worst! They offer their service as subs under the disguise as ServPro. I waited 2 years for completion of insurance paid damage then they want more money than provided by the insurance company.

    Long story short, after I did a lot of my own repairs, they are suing me for work not provided.

    Their work is terrible at best. I strongly urge someone using this company to watch closely their work and billing practices.
