I'd be happy to recommend Sunstate Fence & Gate (NOT Southwest). They finished 2 sides plus gates and fence to the house. As I recall they were on-time, reasonable and did a great job. I had done quite a bit of background work on fence installers in the area before picking them (as I always do - lol). They had very good reviews or I wouldn't have chosen them. I would highly recommend them to your homeowner. We've done so much work on the house I have a wonderful cache of reliable people I use for every kind of job around the house if you need anyone else. We've been very lucky in that all of our repairs, updates, additions, yard work and more have gone smoothly and without incident.
