We have to WARN anyone thinking of using this company! It was a disaster from the very beginning. No one checks up on the crew once things begin. We had to fight every step of the way sharing photos of poor workmanship and sending text messages asking when they would be back to complete the work or come out to do the repairs. Communication was absolutely terrible. The crew did NOT know what they were to do when they arrived. Quality of work was horrible and their mission statement is not true… “We understand the importance of trust and transparency in the home renovation process. That’s why we make it our mission to provide comprehensive education and clear communication throughout every project…That’s why we go above and beyond to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for our clients”. We have paint drips all over our cedar siding and hardscape. It took over 6 months to complete our job. We will need to find another company to repair the items they did not do correctly. Feel free to reach out to us if you’d like any more information. We’ve reported them to BBB and also reached out to the CA Licensing Board. We are hoping to save others from getting involved with this company and causing undo stress. DO NOT trust them!

I spent 16 years in the AC installation and repair business, 45 - 50 techs. I am very impressed with HVAC fair pricing and the extremely professional way they run their business. The customer service is at the highest level I have experience with an A/C company . Thank you SunTrust Remodeling.

SunTrust Remodeling installed my solar system about two years ago and did a great job. With all the torrential rain my roof sprang a leak. The installation came with a 10 year roof warranty and Adam was super helpful setting up the repair inspection. He called ahead and showed up when he said he would. He was very professional and made quick work of the repairs keeping me updated for the duration.

He was able to educate us on the conditions of our house and gave various options on how to go about it. I have to mention the production team as well, they assisted us throughout the whole project and made sure we were satisfied with everything.

After the crazy rains this year I learned too late that I needed to change my roof. I reached out to suntrust and the same day they sent Peter out. He was my project manager and assisted me, was super detailed with the project.

SunTrust knocked on my door and normally I don't answer but the guy was super nice and respectful. Chris came out, gave us a quote on our paint, answered all of our questions, and gave us a great deal! The office was always there to answer the phone when we called and communicated with us throughout the process of the job. The crew was on time and working all day every day. I'm impressed, Chris even stopped by to check up on us and the paint job throughout. We were going to wait but we just added Windows and Turf to the job because we just had to make sure SunTrust did all of our exterior remodeling.

Chris and Tim came out to our home last week because our HVAC System was outdated and not working properly. They were super polite and professional and really took the time to explain our options to my wife and I. We both appreciated their patience and explanations as that is not the same treatment we got from the previous company that came out. Their pricing was on par with the other bid, but their kindness and professionalism made the decision to hire them very easy. The following day after singing the work order Jefferson called us and explained the next steps. Six days later our new system is installed and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The installers were also super clean and kind and we appreciate the entire team at Suntrust.
