Jon came out, gave us an estimate, we agreed, and shortly after that the work was scheduled. I work in the building trades, so I can recognize hack contractors. This crew was organized with a consistent plan and the right materials.
Removal and installation was done neatly and in great time. We are busy, and Jon and crew worked with our schedule. After installation, there was a noise that Jon had to troubleshoot. Even though I had my input, he was respectful, calm, confident, and knowledgeable.
He had to remove the coil to find the cause and correct it. Never lost his cool. Never frustrated. 30 years of "hands on" experience.
I have nearly 30 years experience in the building trades, and I am impressed. I highly recommend this crew.

Jon the owner is just fabulous. He repaired 2 vents in the house where the duct work (was all replaced 5 years ago by another company) was NEVER attached properly to the vent box housing. And repaired a large duct under the house where our cat who crawled down a vent to the ducting had ripped throw. Wonderful wonderful company. I will never call anyone else for service, repairs or replacement.

They came recommended by a neighbor. After poorly installing new ducts, our family went through the holidays breathing in fiberglass insulation and dirt debris from our crawl space. I began coughing blood and needed hospitalization and my young children and wife required respitory assistance and were sick for weeks (Note: they wouldnt prioritize coming back to our job despite our health issues). After the owner finally made time to address the issue, we (a) paid yet more money to him to do it correctly, but then (b) found more issues after closely inspecting the work. Even after they came back a 3rd time, I had to call out unsealed penetration in their work real-time. If I could upload photos or videos of me calling out all of the missed work, I would. It was eye opening.
I would avoid them.
