The owner Jim does not answer his phone and the office screens their calls as well. Once they get your deposit they don't call you anymore. The permit was submitted with incorrect plan drawings and I was never given the opportunity to review the plans and sign off on them. The patio roof was installed incorrectly and the owner wants me to pay for material and labor to fix the installation. The signed contract was for 4 columns every 10 ft and fan beams centered between the columns. What I got was columns spaced at 13', 9' and 8.5" and fan beams 10', 18' and 26'. Not aesthetically appealing at all. Read the contract very carefully and don't sign for the permit until you are presented with the final drawings. Not a reputable business, nothing but lies from beginning to end.
