Leszek J. Osiecki
Owner
Very unprofessional, quote that was received from Generac was provided as $6299.00, that price being from September 1st. The order was placed the week before and verified with Generac, listed at $5999.00 from Home Depot.
When Leszek was asked to provide a copy of his license and insurance, he became argumentative and lifted his shirt to show a company name saying that is the proof that he is licensed, saying he was authorized through the FBI, still refusing to show a copy of his current valid insurance.
When he came in to look at what needed to be done, he opened up walls, removed insulation, took cover off electrical box and left exposed wires showing, the homeowner has 3 dogs in the house who could have gotten a hold of a wire, he never cleaned up his mess either as he was working or when he left, leaving behind a large mess including nails and insulation.
He had access to the basement to do the work needed, when he left, he left it unlocked without telling the owner, leaving her house open to any crime that may have occurred.
Leszek states that he is smart because he doesn't have checks, he asks for cash, states that the 2 checks the homeowner gave him to cover the cost of supplies and labor totaling almost $20,000, would take 2 weeks to clear and asked for more cash again.
The owner asked him for the money back, he also became argumentative about the work, the labor and supplies cost, having to return stuff to get her money because he doesn't have enough money in his account to cover anything until her checks cleared, which was withdrawn from her account the day after they were written.
