Super Remodeling did an outstanding job! My house needed an update and they were the cherry on top of the cake. My house looks beautiful now. The workers were profesional and generous. - Building permit records show that Super Remodeling LLC has worked on 14 permitted projects.
George came out and spent some time going over the job noting on the estimate all the things they would do on the job of replacing all of the siding on our house. He indicated that his crew would also pressure wash the brick veneer, He also noted the areas where the soffit and facia needed attention. We agreed on a price and when the money for the job would be due. He wrote a "contract" and specified the materials and the installation cost, I foolishly believed that we were agreeing to all of the items listed on the estimate, but I was wrong.
Later George would tell me that it wasn't listed on the contract and it wasn't going to happen. The "contract" was a carbon copy which faded away to where it was blank before the job was done.
A word to the wise, get everything promised on the contract. Get an original and not a carbon copy of the contract. George and his crew completed the work on the contract but not what he promised.
