I was fortunate enough to be referred to Rob of Superheat and Subcooling HVAC LLC in January of 2021. I purchased a home that did not have central air or any duct work due to the fact that the heat is not forced air, but electric. I am a single mother who doesn't know much about pricing or the instillation of a central air system. Rob took the time to explain each part of the process every step of the way. He gave me a timeline for the project and met every goal and even finished the project earlier than projected. Rob coordinated with the contractor who was finishing my basement at the time to ensure that all would go smoothly . Rob also broke down the pricing of three different units and explained the differences so that I could make an educated decision. When I did some research with other companies, the prices that he quoted were fair in comparison. What I didn't receive from the other companies was the customer service that I received from Rob. When the job was complete and the township inspectors came to conduct the final inspection, they commented to me how fortunate I was because they don't see such great work like Rob's everyday. He could not have been more professional, respectful and considerate. Rob contacts me for my seasonal service and takes care of it so I don't have to worry. I have recommended Superheat and Subcooling to many of my friends and will continue to do so!
