In 3 years of dealing with,Superior Bowen.From day one i was lied to i was told that someone from superior bowen would be going door to door telling everybody what was going on that was bullshit they only hung 2 door knockers and i was also told they would repave the street when they was done that was some time in november of 2018 when they started the job,as of now may 27 2022 they have not repaved the street.In those 3 years everybody I talked at superior bowen lied to me from CEO to project manger and everyone in between,even there lawyer lied at a planning and development meeting at grandview city hall.Superior Bowen's lawyer said the army corp of engineers was not working with on putting in a temporary rd in instead of going out residestal street,the day after that meeting I talked to the corp and they told me that the last request for a temporary was in 2004 it was 2019 when the meeting in grandview,that's lie number 3.Lie number 4,asphalt milling's.I called the project manager and ask him about them dumping asphalt millings he said they was hauling in rip rap rock,i was setting on top of the huge pile of millings when i was talking to him,I told him where I was setting he still said rip rap.And i ask the job super about he flat out said there was no asphalt millings dumped back there I could not tell you how many times ask him about it. l I can go on for a long while about all the bullshit that superior bowen did or did not do,bottom line is they will feed you bullshit and if you live by a job site they could give a rats ass about you,cause they know most people do nothing well let me tell you this i was a major pain in there ass.I do not have one good thing to say about Superior Bowen.
