STAY AWAY!!! BEWARE!!! This company used unqualified, unskilled laborers instead of professionals that we were promised. Owner Michael Latona is a sweet talker who will promise you the remodel of your dreams. In our case, he took a total of more than $39,000 and left us with a a gutted bathroom and bedroom, electric not to code, confusing and sloppy plumbing, damage to property and the exterior of our home and destroyed all of the floor joists in my master bathroom (pictured), left debris all over our yard (also pictured), completing only a small wooden wall in a different room, and walked off with more than a $20,000 payment, refusing to return our money and unable to provide professional labor. A worker even spit on our bedroom floor! Pricing is significantly above industry standard (quoted $10,000 labor only cost for tile installation in a 9x9 bathroom). He will tell you everything you want to hear then give you the exact opposite. He was even given an opportunity to resolve (return money and move on) and chose to keep our money and take matters to this level. Consumer affairs has charges pending and a lawsuit is also pending. Please be aware that he will lie to any and all parties involved and even will badmouth customers to other customers! On one website he claims he has been in business for 15 years, but Michael is 30 years old.....????
He violates county licensing laws and does not carry workers comp as required, so you cannot even get a permit using this company. I am not sure how this company is in business and I imagine they will not be licensed very much longer. Find yourself a legitimate contractor.
