    Do Not Hire for any job in excess of 2k. He's a handyman at best, not a real General Contractor.He doesn't plan the jobs correctly or estimate correctly. He doesn't have the proper license to pull the permits needed, and will feign ignorance when caught in his deficiencies. He cannot manage time, projects or money correctly. He doesn't have the skills or team for big jobs. We tried to go with his small business, despite reviews with a 49k+ job. A waste of money, and time. 11 months later the job is still incomplete. He does not have the skills to complete a rough in plumbing or rough in electrical, but will pretend he can handle the Job and has connections with real tradesmen, he does not. It cost us 10,879 for a full tear out all the incorrect plumbing he installed. We're still awaiting the electrical deficiencies report from the master electrician. He has damaged our brand new cesspool exterior drains with concrete, another 5k in rework. He and his team don't show up to the job more than 2x every 2 weeks. Do. Not. Hire. You will be sorry.
