Owner
The owner of this company, Ryan Haskins, never followed through with a job he said he'd do & never gave any explanations why he didn't. Since I hadn't heard back in a week after our text 'agreement' (his voice mail says to text to get a better chance at communicating with him), I wanted to confirm a ballpark time when he would do the job. He answered his phone & rudely informed me that he was on vacation. (So why did he answer his phone?) I asked him to contact me to confirm when he was back from vacation which he said he would do but he never did. In my brief dealings with this "Superior" framer, I experienced that he is only superior in his own mind, oozing arrogance, rudeness, & very unprofessional. I wouldn't spend one CENT on a company whose owner prides himself in showing his customers inexplicable atrocious behavior!
