Would NEVER recommend Superior Home Building, Jerrod Thomason. We paid him $85,000 to build a garage, a portico, roof, siding and windows. The job was never finished. The roof has areas lifting as well as huge nails pounded into the shingles. Two windows are broken, one cracked in the bottom corner when it was installed and is now almost up to the top of the window. The front portico steps are slanted. The siding is not straight, some areas were glued and are now buckling. The trim isn't attached correctly. It is uneven by the dormers and pieced together. Some of the trim doesn't meet the siding. Trim around the windows is also poorly done, not attached correctly, corners not mitered, etc. The steps have no railing, no firewall on the garage side that attaches to the house. Electrical was never finished. An independent home inspector inspected the work and to fix and repair the job would cost us $25,000 which i don't have. I would not walk away from this builder but run away as fast as you can.

My husband and my experience was traumatizing with this contractor he didn’t pull permits built over rotted plywood bike my tub and vanity didn’t pass any inspection with my mortgage company failed completely all his work is horrendous and had to be tore out he threatened us during Covid in 2020 Dona google search on him with St Clair court doc. He’s a really bad dude and all his people he has working for him are also have records be very careful don’t trust him he seems like a nice guy but doesn’t care about his clients and what he does to their home all he wants is your money he still owes us a butt load of money this guy his bad!
