We had a huge project including residing, decking, railing, a deck cover, and whole house paint. Superior Home took on the work and delivered phenomenal results; we couldn’t be happier! Ismael is an incredible craftsman, very intuitive to our vision with an eye for detail. The ideas we communicated to him were not only executed, but consistently improved upon as he brought his experience to the table.
His team was great, very friendly, and they worked hard and fast. Each day before they left, they would stack material and clean the jobsite leaving our yard free of debris which made the remodel process a lot less invasive to everyday life. Upon completion, we spent a weekend absorbing Ismael’s beautiful work and came up with our punch list:

My old fence finally lost out to time and needed replaced. This was not a small project as it involved almost 250 feet of fence and a retainment wall. I contacted three contractors and received bids for the work.
Superior Home Custom Remodeling's bid was the best price of all three and he included a third rail on the fence for strength and with metal fence posts that the others did not.
We scheduled the job and Ismael the owner and general contractor showed up with his crew. They quickly removed the old fencing and put in the new fence in just a few days. Being surrounded by three different neighbors with animals Ismael did the work in sections so the fence was only down for a short period of time before being replaced. The fencing material was all top quality cedar and the run of the fence was done professionally.
The crew worked around our plants and shrubs and kept the work area clean and tidy. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing fence work or home remodeling.

I saw the great job this contractor was doing on another home in the neighborhood. That homeowner was extremely pleased with the work. Even so, I still took the extra step of calling another homeowner who had had work done by this company. Again, a glowing review. So I hired them. I am happy to add my name to the list of homeowners who are thrilled with the EXCELLENT WORK that this contractor and his crew did! Ismael Mejia was completely professional in all of his dealings with me. He and his crew replaced the siding on our home. They came when they said they would, did a top-notch job, cleaned up beautifully, and even finished the job DAYS AHEAD OF TIME! I will definitely be calling them again the next time I need work done on my home!

I am so pleased with the work that SHCR did installing a new roof on my house. My new roof looks amazing. Ismael took the time to explain the roofing installation process in detail. Also giving me his best recommendation for best long lasting roofing product. They were professional and very careful- they would leave the premises clean every day. I would definitely use this company again - especially if Ismael was doing the work. He's great. I will make sure to recommend SHCR in the future.
