We needed a new roof on the back addition of our house. Beginning with my initial contact with Superior Home Specialists, they were very responsive with all communication throughout the entire process. The crew was also very professional while installing our metal roof. The quality of work and ease of working with the company led me to recommend them to several family members. I will continue to recommend in the future!

Was not professional, worst gutter installation that I’ve ever seen. Had down spouts at 45 degree angle…..yes 45 degrees. Eight foot down spur was pieced together with multiple pieces. No caulking in any gaps or cracks, which will cause major issues when water freezes causing gaps to grow larger and loose any water integrity it may have had. Down spouts were not secured and shook with the slightest breeze. Have many pictures and video footage to prove these claims. This company refuses to fix these issues correctly.

We had gutter protectors installed by another company two years ago. This spring a bird found it's way into the gutters, built a nest and hatched babies unbeknownst to us. The rain came, drowned the birds and clogges our gutters causing them to overflow huge amounts of water. We called the company that installed them and they couldn't get to us for several weeks. We called Pau at Superior Home Specialist and he sent a crew out the same day, cleaned the gutter and downspout out and fixed the gutter sheild so nothing could get into them again. We can't thank him and his crew enough for their promp attention to our problem, their professional manner and a job well done. We would recommend this company to everyone considering clog free gutters systems.

I am so happy I found this company. We needed gutters because ours were falling off after all the wind and storms. We were so lucky to find Superior Home Specialists. From the time I contacted them till the completion of the job I was so impressed. They were very professional. I will definitely call them when I decide to put a new roof on my house. You can't find this kind of proffesoinalism and quality of work very often. I am a very happy customer.
