They installed our insulation 5 years ago and did a GREAT job! However, we agreed to an "upsell," to replace our attic fan. We trusted them, and in good faith took their word. Paid $500 to put in cheap $100 MasterFlow fans. Now it needs replacing. The company sent us a motor in a box. Superior wants $350 just to go up and replace it. THEY recommended that fan. In was THEIR $3000 job. They should be a bit more reasonable. Not responsive to emails, except to tell us "sorry, but we're very busy," and that we should get a new fan costing $600.
For sure let them do your insulation, BUT DO NOT LET THEM INSTALL ANY ATTIC FAN! No matter what brand. Buy them yourself and have an electrician put them in before your insulation job. Because once Superior is done, they are GONE!
