  if anybody use this Co. Superior Pool‘s of Charlotte you’re going to get absolutely what we talked about this company will do you dirty they will not call you back. They install crappy pools and the owner Peter is truly a joke, A first class liar don’t trust this Co. If you have a conversation with this company please record it if they show up to your house please videotape. It will save you a large headache they took $56,000 from my family it’s been over a Mo we call we text we email we have not received a phone call back (over 30days I have records of multiple Texts multiple phone calls begging this company to call us back. $56,000 for a pool my kids can’t even go around because the construction is not finished on it
  don’t trust this company, READ THIS OVER READ THE REVIEWS. & Please answer;; How would you feel if you gave up $56,000 to superior pool company for a half install pool and no one will call you back or even answer a question. About the job! No one will Respond ; what would you do. If a pool Co install half your pool equipment half ass install the fiber glass pool The pool backfield is still sitting around the pool a month lMissing pool equipment no one from this company will call you back but they cash our check 24 hours after they got it. Please someone answer this question; what would you do.

  I signed a contract with them and was told they could start within three weeks and four months later they have yet to start. They have my $5k deposit and have provided one excuse after another. They do not answer the phone, they never responded to numerous calls from my general contractor and have caused major delays on my home renovation. They have delayed my CO and we know have to cover the hole in the patio where the pool was supposed to go to pass inspection so I can move in with no patio and no pool finished. They are the worse choice I made in this project. They are a bunch of crooks. Hoping I get my deposit back without a fight. I wouldn't let them touch my project now. If they can't even respond to a good client with a large project, I can't imagine the lack of integrity they would have in the work that they do. A warranty would be a joke.

  Superior pools does not care or respect the clients or employees, communication is a 0 out of 10 ,the management does not have the experience they say they do and they are only worried about the money once the contract is signed they push you to the side and are full of excuses and act clueless pushing the blame on others , with the experience I’ve had there I would not recommend you get a pool from them best decision I’ve ever made was going with a different company

  I do not recommend using this pool builder. There were multiple problems with their building of our pool. Started early spring didnt finish untill Oct. Decking was poorly laid over not sufficient substrait. Traverine stone was thin , and cracked soon after ,also there were large gaps were weeds grow up between. Pool finish was done poorly. Lights never worked property kept flickering with fuses needing to be replaced. During construction a bobcat ran over skimmer and crushed it , It was never replaced just poorly repaired. Was told I could have custom choices but then I had only what they offered in their " pool package" Subcontracted out the work , some workers were disrespectful and left trash that I had to pick up. Many times they didnt show up as scheduled Were just no show no call. I have had many pools, this is the worst one, sorry I used this company to build it.

  Install a pool and spa

  $88,000

  It's been 28 weeks sent we signed our contract and paid a deposit on a pool and spa. The salesperson we had been working with, who we liked very much, no longer services our area and the owner will not communicate with us. We've been calling, texting and emailing since early February 2021 looking for some kind of update on the status of our pool and spa. It's now the middle of May and we still don't have any answers. We've filed a complaint with the BBB and, at this point, I would not recommend them.

  Verified Hire

  Without getting into too much detail I did not have the best experience with Superior. They were reasonably priced compared to others however once the contract was signed the communication was not so good and there were several unexplained delays. I would not recommend them to others.
