Be careful with this contractor on pricing and estimate. Contractor did not provide a written estimate because he said he was out of business cards and then the day before doing the job increased the price $100.00 on the phone and said the price he gave us could not have been correct eventhough my wife and I heard the amount he agreed too. After I questioned the cost the contractor said he could not do business and left us to find another contractor. GET IT IN WRITING. Be careful of this company's business practice.
